Quickfix AI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Plus plan within the first 14 days, we'll refund your payment in full. After 14 days, we generally don't offer refunds, but we'll review exceptional cases on request.


14-day money-back guarantee

When you subscribe to Pro or Plus for the first time, you have 14 days to try it risk-free. If Quickfix AI isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment completely.

The 14-day window starts from the day you first subscribe. For monthly plans, that's 14 days from your initial payment. For yearly plans, it's 14 days from when you paid for the year.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us through the in-app chat at app.quickfix.ai or email support. Let us know you'd like a refund, and we'll process it within 2-3 business days. The money should appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Good to know: The 14-day guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. If you cancel, get refunded, then subscribe again later, the guarantee doesn't apply to the second subscription.

Refunds after 14 days

After 14 days, we generally don't offer refunds. When you cancel your subscription after this period, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of your billing cycle, but you won't get money back for the unused time.

We understand that exceptional situations happen. If you have a special circumstance like a technical issue that prevented you from using the service or a billing error, contact us and explain your situation. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Accidental renewals are usually eligible for refunds if you contact us within a few days of the charge. For example, if you forgot to cancel before your yearly renewal and contact us right away, we can often process a refund.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe, the payment processor we use. When we approve your refund, Stripe sends the money back to the original payment method you used.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, though some banks process them faster. You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe when the refund is issued.

After receiving a refund, your account returns to the Free plan immediately. You'll have the Free plan's daily limits and device limits going forward.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to app.quickfix.ai and sign in

  2. Click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner

  3. Send a message requesting a refund and explain why

  4. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours

  5. If approved, you'll receive a refund confirmation email from Stripe

Please include your email address and the approximate date you subscribed. This helps us find your payment quickly and process your refund faster.

What doesn't qualify for refunds

We can't offer refunds in these situations:

  • You used the service for more than 14 days and decided you don't need it anymore

  • You forgot to cancel and want a refund after using the service through your billing period

  • You violated our Terms of Service and your account was suspended or banned

  • You're requesting a second refund after already receiving one in the past
