Your subscription plan and payment status (handled by Stripe)
How much of your daily limit you've used
Which devices are signed in to your account
Basic device information like browser type and operating system
Approximate location based on IP address
We don't collect or store the content you're replying to or the replies the AI generates for you. That data is processed temporarily and immediately deleted.
Good to know: When you delete your account, we delete all your personal information within 30 days, except for financial records required by law for tax purposes.
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide and improve the Quickfix AI service:
Your email to send you verification codes, receipts, and important account updates
Usage data to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse
Device information to manage your active sessions and enforce device limits
Payment information (through Stripe) to process subscriptions
Anonymous usage patterns to understand how people use Quickfix and improve features
We never sell your data to third parties. We don't use your data for advertising or marketing outside of Quickfix AI. We don't share your personal information with anyone except service providers we need to run the service.
