How to manage your profile

Your Quickfix AI profile contains your account information like your name, email address, password, appearance preferences, and communication settings. You can view and update your settings from the Settings tab at app.quickfix.ai. Changes to your profile sync across all your devices automatically.

The Settings page has two sections: Profile Information (your account details) and Preferences (appearance and communication settings).

The Profile Information section lets you manage your basic account details.

Click "Edit" next to your name to change it. Your name is displayed in your account dashboard but isn't shared publicly.

Click "Change Email" under the Email Address section. You'll need to verify the new address by entering a 6-digit code we send you. This makes sure the new email belongs to you and prevents someone else from taking over your account.

After verifying your new email, use it to sign in from now on. Your old email won't work anymore, but all your settings, custom instructions, and subscription stay the same.

Click "Change password" in the Password & Security section. You'll need to enter your current password, then choose a new one. If you signed up with Google and haven't set a password yet, you can create one here to enable email sign-in as a backup method.

In the Danger Zone section, click "Delete account" to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm before the account is deleted.

The Preferences section lets you customize your experience.

Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme. The System option automatically matches your operating system's theme setting.
