You can change your Quickfix AI password from your account settings at any time. If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page by clicking "Forgot password" and following the instructions sent to your email. For Google sign-in users, your password is managed by Google, not Quickfix AI.
How to change your password
[Screenshot: Account settings with Change Password section]
Go to app.quickfix.ai and sign in
Click on the Settings tab
Find the "Password" section
Click "Change Password"
Enter your current password
Enter your new password (must be at least 8 characters)
Confirm your new password
Click "Save Changes"
Your new password takes effect immediately. You'll stay signed in on your current device, but you'll need to sign in again on other devices using the new password.
Good to know: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters. Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for better security. Don't reuse passwords from other websites.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you forgot your password and can't sign in, use the password reset flow:
Go to app.quickfix.ai
Click "Forgot password?" below the password field
Enter your email address
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link (it expires after 1 hour)
Enter your new password
Click "Reset Password"
After resetting your password, you'll be signed in automatically. Use your new password to sign in on other devices.
Password reset email not arriving
If you don't see the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Sometimes email filters catch automated messages.
Make sure you entered the correct email address—the one you used when you created your account. If you're not sure which email you used, try all the email addresses you commonly use.
If you still can't find the email after 10 minutes, go back to the password reset page and request a new link. The old link might have expired or failed to send.
For Google sign-in users
If you sign in to Quickfix AI with Google, you don't have a Quickfix AI password. Your password is managed by Google, and you can change it in your Google account settings.
To change your Google password, go to myaccount.google.com, sign in, and look for the Security section. Google will guide you through changing your password.
If you want to switch from Google sign-in to email and password, you'll need to set up a password first. Contact us through the in-app chat for help setting up password-based sign-in.
Security tips
Keep your email account secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication. Since your email is how you sign in to Quickfix AI, protecting your email protects your Quickfix AI account too.
Don't share verification codes with anyone. If someone asks you for a Quickfix AI verification code, it's probably a scam. We'll never ask you for your code through email, chat, or any other method.
If you see a verification code email that you didn't request, someone might be trying to sign in to your account. Change your email password immediately and make sure it's secure.
