The Devices page shows every browser where you're signed in to Quickfix AI. You can see what type of device it is, when you last used it, and where it's located. If you see a device you don't recognize or aren't using anymore, you can sign it out immediately to keep your account secure.

  1. Go to app.quickfix.ai and sign in

  2. Click the Devices tab

You'll see a list of all devices currently signed in to your account. Each device shows the browser type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, and the last time it was used.

What counts as a device

Each browser where you sign in counts as one device. If you use Chrome on your laptop and Chrome on your desktop, that's 2 devices. Different browsers on the same computer also count separately—Chrome and Edge on the same laptop would be 2 devices.

Devices stay active for 7 days after you last use Quickfix AI on them. If you don't generate any replies for a week, the device automatically expires and gets removed from your active devices list. You'll need to sign in again to use that device.

Good to know: Clearing your browser data or reinstalling Chrome creates a new device. The old device will expire after 7 days of inactivity, but you might see both the old and new device listed for a week.

Removing a device

To remove a device from your account, click the "Sign out" button next to it on the Devices page. The device is immediately signed out and can't generate replies until someone signs in again.

This is useful if you sold a computer, stopped using a browser, or see a device you don't recognize. Removing a device doesn't delete any data—it just signs that device out.

You can sign back in on that device anytime, as long as you're under your plan's device limit. Signing out just ends the current session on that device.

Signing out all devices

The "Sign out all devices" button at the top of the Devices page signs you out of every device except the one you're currently using. This is helpful if you think someone else might have access to your account.

After signing out all devices, you'll need to sign in again on each device you want to use. Your settings, custom instructions, and subscription aren't affected—you're just signing out everywhere for security.

Device limits by plan

Each plan has a maximum number of devices that can be active at the same time:

  • Free: 1 active device

  • Pro: 2 active devices

  • Plus: 5 active devices

If you try to sign in on a new device when you're at your limit, you'll see an error telling you to remove an old device first. Go to the Devices page and sign out a device you're not using, then try signing in again.

Checking for suspicious activity

Review your active devices every few weeks to make sure you recognize everything. Look for devices in locations you've never been to, or browsers you don't use.

If you see a device you don't recognize, sign it out immediately. Then change your email password to make sure no one else can sign in to Quickfix AI using verification codes sent to your email.

The location shown for each device is approximate and based on IP address. It might not always be perfectly accurate, especially if you use a VPN or your internet provider routes traffic through a different city.
