Getting started with Quickfix AI takes less than 2 minutes. Simply install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar, and sign in to start generating AI-powered replies on any website with text fields.
Step-by-step installation

Visit the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome"
Click "Add extension" when prompted
You'll see a confirmation that Quickfix AI has been installed
Click the puzzle piece icon (🧩) in the top-right corner of Chrome
Find Quickfix AI in the list and click the pin icon next to it
The Quickfix icon will now appear in your toolbar for easy access
Sign in to start using Quickfix AI
Click the Quickfix AI icon in your toolbar to open the side panel
Click "Sign in with Quickfix AI" to open the authentication window
If you're new, enter your email to sign up and receive a 6-digit verification code (or sign up with Google for faster access)
If you already have an account, sign in with your email or Google account
Free plan included: Every new account starts with the Free plan, which includes daily usage capacity. No credit card required.
Requirements
Quickfix AI requires Chrome 114 or higher. To check your version, click the three dots at the top-right of Chrome and go to Help → About Google Chrome. Chrome will show your current version and update automatically if needed—just restart afterward.
Troubleshooting
If the extension isn't showing up, refresh the browser after installation and check if it's hidden in your extensions menu (puzzle icon). Make sure you're using Chrome 114 or higher.
Can't sign in?
Disable popup blockers temporarily, try signing in from the extension icon (not from a website), and clear your browser cache if needed.
What happens next
After installation, visit any website with text fields (like Reddit or Twitter) and you'll see the Quickfix icon appear inside text areas and rich text editors (bottom-right corner). Click it to generate your first AI reply!
